Professor Vegaleo HIIT Workout 12/3/17

Happy Sunday morning to you all! Took yesterday off, splurged in some lobster last evening, with a couple glasses of wine, so definitely needed to be up and working out this morning!  12317This mornings HIIT (high intensity interval training) consisted of the following equipment and exercises you will need:

    • 30 Calorie row on the Concept 2 Rower at 80% max

  • 135lb bench press for 15-18 reps

  • TRX Core Crushers for max reps
