Last 3 Workouts By Professor Vegaleo

Woke up this morning, and the voices of weakness were speaking so loud, “Darren, stay in bed, you deserve it.  You have been working so hard, you should really take today off and rest.”  I can only be thankful that the voice of inner strength decided to speak up, and basically said, “shut up, don’t listen, get your ass up, and stay committed to your goals!”  So at 4:05am, that’s exactly what I did.  I will say, however, that my workout was probably subpar in comparison, but any workout is better than no workout!  So today, I busted it for 30 minutes, and still got a good sweat going, and here is that one:

What you will need for these Workouts:

    • TRX Suspension Training

  • Concept 2 Rower (my favorite!)

  • Power Rack or Squat Rack 

11/28/17:  Great workout, as you can see, incorporating my rowing machine is pretty much a must!


I can only hope that the inner strength voice is there for me when I wake up at 4am!
