Professor Vegaleo 445am Workout: 11/21/17

Been really focused on making sure I get into the habit of getting up at 4:30am every morning, and at least do some type of exercise, just to build the routine so it’s second nature.

This morning I completed the following:

4 Rounds (5:30am is cutoff to get my boys up and ready for school)

    • 30 calorie row on the Concept 2

    • 135lb Bench Press for 15 reps

    • TRX ab and oblique crunches for maximum reps
