Sunday Morning Attack!

Not going to lie, nothing better than waking up at 3:30am with energy, and the drive to want to work out, versus the alternative, feeling like a 1000lb weight is laying on your chest and you can’t think of any good reason to get out of bed.  So up I was, coffee first and off to the basement for a 4:45 am workout!  Attack your goals!

Workout Today:

    • 50 calorie row

  • 5 rounds of maximum repetition:
      • power cleans
      • pull ups

      • Leg raises (Love my ab straps!!)
