1 Set Warrior Workout

Had a paradigm shift yesterday, which I will hold on discussing, but when I got up this morning, I really couldn’t decide what type of workout to do, but while having my coffee at 3:45am, the concept of 5 exercises, each one completed to maximum failure and begin and end with rowing, seemed like a great idea of a short, intense workout, which under Vegaleo Principles, stimulates the production of testosterone for maximum fat burning and muscle hypertrophy.  I liked it.

Here is the workout:

  1. 50 calorie row
  2. barbell squats
  3. incline pushups
  4. pull ups
  5. Leg raises
