Honestly, this to me is just 1 of the many reasons that if you are trying to incorporate more fresh fruits and vegetables in the form of a smoothie, using a high powered blender or Nutribullet makes way more sense than a juicer. For example, when I make a smoothie in the morning, the most I can fit into my large cup size of the nutribullet is a handful of parsley or spinach, 1/2 banana, 1/2 avocado, a scoop of vegan protein powder, fill with water, and honest, after drinking this, I am completely full! To come to think of it, I don’t even know if you can juice an avocado? But with an extractor, it makes the smoothie very rich and creamy. If you can upgrade to a Vitamix, I would highly recommend it. But back to the point, if you were juicing, not only would you probably have to triple the amount of produce, you are losing so much of the fiber that really helps clean out your system and remove toxins from your body.
