Fitness Over 40

Supplements of Choice:

Always the million dollar question.  I would probably say that if questioned about specific types of supplements, I tend to favor the natural way over adding a bunch of questionable ingredients into my system, produced from who knows where, and with who knows what in them?

I have found in terms of helping me recover a little bit faster, giving me a little more energy, and more focus throughout the day, here is my afternoon cocktail when I feel like in times like this, my body can use a little extra push:
